Meet Pathfinder's Compliance Staff
Corporate Compliance Officer Tina Heyduk provides technical assistance and oversight for all Village departments and programs to help achieve Pathfinder's operational and strategic goals while maintaining compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations. She has served Pathfinder for over a decade and has experience in program oversight, service coordination, and daily operations in a 25-year career dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
